The TN State Arbiter Refresher Course 2023

The TN State Arbiter Refresher Course organised by Tiruvallur District Chess Association at Thiruvallur on 8th April went on well with the participants from six districts. The one day refresher course was held in a spacious AC hall in centrally located Viruchtam Banquet hall ,Thiruvallur. The organisers have extended good hospitality to all the participants with breakfast, and lunch.

The Chief lecturer and the Assistant lecturer have covered various topics like Laws of Chess with case studies, Tie Break System, Rating Calculation, Pairing rules with a demonstration in Swiss Manager and General Administration by an Arbiter. The participants were very much involved and interacted to the lecturers in an excellent manner.--
